What does course access include?
Membership includes one selected course or pathway level, with materials, worksheets and practice tasks released weekly and completed work reviewed by the tutor. Confirm the content format before booking. One-off access unlocks the selected course immediately; confirm its access duration and support before purchase.
How do live lessons and messaging work?
Silver includes one 55-minute live lesson monthly; Gold includes two. Bronze has no live lessons. Times depend on availability; missed lessons and rescheduling terms are confirmed before payment. WhatsApp covers short course questions, normally answered within 24 hours. Extra lessons can be booked separately.
Can I cancel my membership?
There is no long-term contract. Your course, start and billing dates, cancellation timing and refund arrangements are confirmed in writing before payment.
What equipment is needed?
A suitable computer or tablet, reliable internet and a current browser. Any video platform or additional software is confirmed before live lessons begin.
How are under-18s supported safely?
A parent or guardian manages enquiries and booking. Communication and any recording arrangements follow the safeguarding policy.
